# Common issues and useful hints

<summary>If loader stays on setting up hypervisor, or on could not fetch latest client update, or closes by itself, or on CURL error: SSL connect error...</summary>

* <mark style="color:red;">Sync time and date</mark>&#x20;
* <mark style="color:red;">Try to inject with vpn (you can try to use different VPN providers like TunnelBear or NordVPN or so)</mark>
* <mark style="color:red;">Change internet type and provider (switch from wire to wireless or the other way arround, and from home internet to mobile internet or the other way arround)</mark>&#x20;
* <mark style="color:red;">Restart router</mark>&#x20;
* <mark style="color:red;">Reset network you can use this tool</mark> [<mark style="color:blue;">Network\_Restore\_Tool</mark>](https://mega.nz/file/5lkmTKja#qKVh0YyfCjGKBiZtwP_wTp-qMpPRNja_AkjW__Q_qIQ) <mark style="color:red;">to reset your network</mark>
* <mark style="color:red;">Also there's an option in the bios called “Kernal DMA protection” That needs to be OFF sometimes.</mark>

<summary>If computer freezes, BSOD or gets stuck on a black screen while it's trying to restart  :</summary>

* Try to inject without spoofer (like in the image)&#x20;

* Make sure your BIOS firmeware is on the latest update
* Read [this](/setup/ring-1-setup-guide/first-thing-you-must-do-from-the-windows.md) section to make sure nothing turned itself ON again.&#x20;
* <mark style="color:orange;">If you are using winodws 11</mark>  and still having this issue after you have done all the previous steps, and the setup guide correctly, maybe you need to consider downgrading to an earlier version of your windows, or even better, formatting your computer and installing win10. (supported versions 1909 and later)&#x20;

<summary>If you cannot login your Ubisoft loader in <mark style="color:green;">Rainbow Six</mark> after injection </summary>

* Inject without spoofer (Check image below)

* If you absolutely need spoofer to be ON then try to unistall Ubisoft client while you're spoofed and reinstall it again

<summary>I don't see any FOV circle or cheat menu when I hit DEL : </summary>

* <mark style="color:red;">inject the cheat WITHOUT spoofer (turn off the spoofer) select the cheat and inject.</mark>&#x20;

* &#x20;<mark style="color:red;">Make sure that all overlays are turned OFF such as (Shader, discord overlay, steam overlays, msi afterburner overlay, Geforce experience overlay etc...)</mark>&#x20;
* <mark style="color:red;">Wait 30 seconds or so in the game main menu (sometimes cheat menu takes time to pop up)</mark>
* <mark style="color:red;">Try to switch the game between borderless and full screen..</mark>
* <mark style="color:blue;">IF YOU'RE A RAINBOW 6 USER</mark> <mark style="color:orange;">try to run the game in Dx11 and in Dx12 versions</mark>
* <kbd><mark style="color:red;">**You're on winodws 11 ?**<mark style="color:red;"></kbd><kbd>**&#x20;**</kbd><kbd>**(**</kbd><kbd><mark style="color:purple;">**if it's 24h2 version it may 99% not work**<mark style="color:purple;"></kbd><kbd>**)**</kbd><kbd>**&#x20;**</kbd><kbd><mark style="color:red;">**you can try to do the following steps though :**<mark style="color:red;"></kbd>&#x20;
* Disable kernel isolation and use [this fix](https://mega.nz/file/8pcRjKAD#kiXOTVk9TlTkm3V6-fauN8gTiPtppQ7_OGh2KIALxHk)
* Try also to disable Reputation-based Protection.

  1. Open the start(windows) menu and search for “Reputation-Based Protection.” check image below

  2\. Run win11\_driver\_OFF.reg\
  3\. Disable Core Isolation in Windows settings.\
  Settings -> Privacy & security -> Windows Security -> Device security -> Core Isolation\
  4\. Restart the PC, then inject again.
* If you're still having this issue after you have done all the previous steps, maybe you need to consider downgrading to an earlier version of your windows, or even better, formatting your computer and installing win10. (supported versions 1909 and later)

To make sure that your machine actually injected successfully a text underneath the Ring-1 logo should be seen on computer restart like in the image below :&#x20;

<details>

<summary>In case game freezes, crashes a lot or FPS drops or gets BSOD mid game :</summary>

* Turn OFF fast boot
* Close any unnecessary programs running in the background
* Make sure your game is set on FHD, FULL screen and 60fps only (to check and test if with those settings it would work)
* Do not to alt+tab while playing
* If possible to set the game on real-time priority from the tasks manager
* Update your GPU driver.
* If possible force Run the game in dx11 (google how to do it)

This also can be caused by some windows update, try to either downgrade or update your windows

<summary>What to do after a / multiple ban(s) :</summary>

* Fully unistall the game that was banned (You must clean all game's files and ban trances) you may use some 3rd party programs for that such as [Revo\_Unistaller](https://www.revouninstaller.com/)&#x20;
* You can also use the Ring-1 Cleaner in the loader (use at your own risk, some systems can have corrupted system files and the cleaning process may brick your windows)

**Before you install the game again :**&#x20;

* &#x20;If you use spoofer, change the spoofer seed (check image below) and unplug from your computer any USB or hard drive/ssd that you don’t need.&#x20;

* And when you spoof check the hardware IDs before and after spoofing, you can use a hardware ID checker tool like the one Ring-1 provides [Ring-1\_HWID\_Checker](https://ringcheats.com/hwid-checker)

Once you’ve done all that you can install the game again and play

* <mark style="color:orange;">Please note that some games requires more proedures and steps to do to better clean ban traces and hardware bans, such as changing IP address or disabling TPM in the BIOS...</mark>

<summary>What does spoofer do : </summary>

Spoofer job is to change your original hardware IDs and to protect your hardware IDs from getting flagged in case you get banned.

Also if you're already hardware banned you NEED spoofer.. so it will allow you to play again your favorite game without getting instantly banned.

<mark style="color:orange;">**However**</mark><mark style="color:orange;">.</mark> Spoofer is also considered as cheating, so you just need to have that in mind, if it gets detected you will also get banned using it..

<summary>Some hints and info for <mark style="color:green;">Call Of Duty</mark> users : </summary>

* RULE NUMBER ONE IF YOU CARE ABOUT THE ACCOUNT don't use cheats on it,&#x20;
* COD  reporting system in general is dogshit, even when you play legit if you get too many reports you can get banned.
* In the misc section i wouldn't personally use any feature, they're all dangerous / rage features and using them higher the ban rate, same for aimbot if you use it like crazy or if you track people behind the walls you may/will easily get banned.
* If you don't need the spoofer for this game don't use it (disable the spoofer green button on the right bottom corner of the loader before you inject).&#x20;

<summary>What Windows version does TheGuyR1 use ? </summary>

I personally use for Ring-1 windows 10 pro Spectre (Ghost) version 22h2 you can find the ISO [Win10\_Pro\_Spectre\_21h1](https://mega.nz/file/51sShR4Z#FOvqQm_cmfFfUkahVtfplLFM0Iax2FSm-otmEmY1mjg)

If you decide to give it a try make sure to install the Compact or Superlight version (without defender) check image..

<mark style="color:orange;">**Once you've installed windows you need to do the folowing steps :**</mark>&#x20;

\- Update windows to get from 21h1 to 22h2

\- Sync time and date according to your region

\- Open Ghost toolbox that can be found on the desktop and disable sysmain (normally this is option 5 then once you’re inside this option it’s option 3)

\- Form the same toolbox disable windows updates (I think it’s option 8)

\- Install full package of [DirectX11](https://mega.nz/folder/MscnQKJQ#P22TWLmOM5uTzrJ-Q18X-A)

\- Install full package of  [VisualC++](https://mega.nz/folder/I9tURDwb#BGqlaNh90IJht5zQeWWyJw)

\- You need to disable firewall (all other security features are already disabled since this is a custom / light version of windows 10)
